Even if you are not staying at Hotel Faro, it is worth booking a table for a dinner at the Ria Formosa restaurant. And if you are staying at this Beach Club, then you really have no excuse - your stay will not be complete without a meal with a view of the Ria Formosa.

It is the "pearl" of the Hotel Faro, and we can understand why – what a rich and complete gastronomic experience! The bet on national, regional, and seasonal ingredients, always fresh and well selected, makes all the difference. We had high expectations - especially since we really wanted the flavors to match the view - and thankfully, we were not disappointed. We were surprised by the tastes, aromas, and textures of the dishes we tasted, and we were equally delighted by the creativity and passion put into their preparation.

If you allow us the suggestion - with the certainty that there are many more to choose from - be sure to try the scallops with cauliflower variations as a starter. For the main course, we have two suggestions: angler fish at low temperature on potato thread and Merino lamb tenderloin.
Before dinner enjoy the Cosmopolitan place. There will be no better program than watching the sunset while sipping a cocktail!
