Project TASA

Where design meets craftsmanship

Bringing strategic innovation to artisanal activity is the objective of the TASA Project. Based in Loulé, design and craftsmanship meet in this project to give a new life and continuous importance to ancient traditions.

The TASA Project avoids mass production and excessive consumption. The experienced team looks for the best materials, and artisans and designers work together to create pieces full of identity. When raw materials tell stories and techniques represent years and years of learning, the result will surely be wonderful. The TASA Project proves it.

Each of the final products is unique - as is not often seen anymore - and the teachings that have been passed down from generation to generation turn out to be modern, adapted to the realities of our times and to today's lifestyles. It is extraordinary how the materials and techniques of other times result in contemporary pieces that anyone of us would like to have at home.

And in addition to this well-established personality, the TASA Project has two characteristics that also deserve recognition: it is 100% green and sustainable. The use of different materials (clay, cork, cane, wood, linen, palm, and wicker) allows you to create a set of products whose regulated production does not compromise the environment: the perfect chairs to have on your porch, the lamp that undoubtedly fits in the living room of a country house, the ideal set to use at lunches or dinners with friends and the baskets that go so well with relaxed days, picnics and the beach.

There's plenty to explore, from tiles and mirrors to cushions, from carpets to bowls, cutlery, jugs and fruit bowls. Even wallets and bicycle saddles can be found here! A contemporary brand that reminds us that it is important to maintain traditions and that it is possible to combine what is handmade with what is practical and functional.

Cool Tip: For those interested in learning these arts, the TASA Project develops workshops where they shared the tricks of ancient techniques. Keep an eye out for this project!
